​Caitlin was employed by Jigsaw as an apprentice hairdresser in 2011 and she has grasped the opportunity with both hands, becoming a key member of the team. She is completing her qualifications at BL Training school  and is steadily gaining experience with customers, having shown great promise. Caitlin has a great future ahead.
Leanne has been brought up in the hairdressing business as Nigel's daughter. She was trained at Jigsaw and brought into the business in 1997, building up a large clientele of her own. She combines her work at Jigsaw with being a mum to two-year-old Blake.
Cockfield born and bred, Nigel is the founder of the business and still going strong after more than 30 years in the trade. He qualified as a hairdresser at Blades in 1980 and trained with SAKS before going on his own in 1986. In 1990, he  established Jigsaw in Gladstone Street, Darlington. Hobbies include quoits, writing a blog about Cockfield life for The Northern Echo, and doting on grandson Blake.
